Vinyasa with Kika

At  the Equinox we were given a treat in our afternoon Yoga class.  Our instructor, Kika Sales, who is an excellent Yogi, decided, once more, to make us go through core strengthening exercises ( I suspect these were not asanas, but rather pilates).


Basically the core exercises help build the abdominal muscles, the movements are very small, but at the same time of high intensity.  Once you engage in the posture, your ab muscles start giving a burning sensation... you can imagine the rest...
