Kimchi stew for dinner

I have been wanting to
make for Ewa a Kimchi stew, similar to the one we ate once at Koreana, which is a Long Island restaurant located at Woodberry, NY.

The ingredients were as follows:
- Kimchi
- Onion
- Garlic
- Various Chinese greens
- Shitake mushrooms
- Silken tofu
- Scallions
- Brown rice
- Spicy Chinese chili paste
- Olive oil and sesame oil

Preparation:

Prepare the brown rice on the side.
In a deep pan pour an heat up the oils... Dump the kimchi and let it simmer, then add all other ingredients except for the tofu, scallions, and rice...add water and bring to boil... Now add tofu and scallions and cover for three minutes...
Serve in a personal bowl and serve the rice on the side.

Ewa and I, enjoyed it a lot, and Ewa has packed it for tomorrow's day at work's lunch. I love it when she enjoys a dish.
