New Year's Resolutions

It is only fair during this time of year to make a list of resolutions for the upcoming year:

  • Be happy at all times, and never take the wrong attitude - just think that life is too short to waste our energies on unhappiness.
  • Fix all my body ailments via Yoga and meditation.
  • Never feel nor be alone, nor in mind or body.
  • Make a happy life and fortune as part of my daily life goals.
  • Read something new everyday (books)
  • Read daily all the newspaper articles
The means on how to attain these will be a continuous learning path to enlightment.

Namaste.

Yoga and Enlightment

Today I left work at 9:10 AM to head to my morning Vinyasa Yoga. The class was wonderful (at the Equinox Gym), but it was also enlighting.

Our Yogi instructor, Lore Kent, gave us a wonderful set of gifts. She started by reading a set of sentences that were enlighting, that along would have made my day at the spiritual level (I will try to get her sentences and post them on the blog). Then she proceeded to give us one of the best and most engaging Vinyasa classes that I've ever taken at Equinox - I loved it.

Evertime I take a Yoga class I come out filled with energy and refreshed, but today I gained much more: body, mind, and soul.

Thank you Lore for being such a special pebble.

The Beginning

I have decided to start a blog about my life and everything that surrounds me - thoughts, events, and share my experiences with those that choose to read about it.

Why "Pebble Of Many", I see the world as millions of pebbles, where each of us have different shapes, feel different to the touch, and yet we are similar in many ways. We all reshape as time passes, and we create this beautiful mosaic on earth of moving pebbles. Together we form a structure that not only is beautiful, but its beauty changes everyday - and here is the story of how one of the pebbles of many plays role in it.

Thank you, I hope this blog finds many and many find it to be joyful.

James.
