Best tapenade is homemade tapenade
I have been tapenade from Trader Joe's & Wholefoods, but I must say there is no substitute for homemade tapenade, and the best one is Ewa's - without a doubt, it is rich and tasty - here is a picture of my dinner:

I also had tapenade for dinner. It was a bit strong, almost "clearing the sinuses" strong.
