- Be happy at all times, and never take the wrong attitude - just think that life is too short to waste our energies on unhappiness.
- Fix all my body ailments via Yoga and meditation.
- Never feel nor be alone, nor in mind or body.
- Make a happy life and fortune as part of my daily life goals.
- Read something new everyday (books)
- Read daily all the newspaper articles
The means on how to attain these will be a continuous learning path to enlightment.
